Daniel Cave-Walker sarà da noi per 2 giorni di workshop su acrobatica e verticalismo

ITALIANO
In questi workshop di verticalismo e Acrobatica imparerai l’approccio specifico di Dan verso l’ allenamento.
Offre una combinazione di tecniche tradizionali di handbalancing russe oltre a una varietà di movimenti acrobatici
unici e dimanici.

L’obiettivo di Dan in questi workshop è quello di pulire le basi, appianare qualsiasi cattiva abitudine che potresti avere e in generale aumentare il tuo livello tecnico di verticalismo e acrobatico. Entro la fine della lezione comprenderete meglio la meccanica fondamentale di come funziona la tecnica di Handbalancing e di acquisirete una gamma di nuovi movimenti acrobatici per il vostro sviluppo.

Al momento dell’iscrizione potrai scegliere tra la classe principianti o la classe intermedia- avanzata. È spesso abbastanza difficile posizionarsi su un livello specifico, quindi ecco alcuni requisiti per ciascuno.
PRINCIPIANTE
Questa lezione è mirata a persone che non hanno mai provato la verticale prima o hanno avuto esperienze acrobatiche. Spaziando alle persone che possono tenere una verticale da 15 secondi e sono stati addestrati a movimenti di base come capriole e ruote.
INTERMEDIO AVANZATO
Questa classe è destinata a persone che sanno tenere una verticale da 20 secondi, che sanno fare ruote, rondate e tuffi in tutta sicurezza. Fino a persone che possono stare comodamente in equilibrio su un braccio e fare salti con avvitamenti.

CHI E’ DANIEL?
Dan ha iniziato la sua formazione presso la Circo di Circo di Bristol nel 2008 per 2 anni, poi ha proseguito la sua formazione per altri 3 anni nel programma di laurea in circo a Stoccolma, DOCH nel 2011.
Ha continuato a esibirsi in 2 premi pluripremiati, A Simple Space di Gravity e Other Myths and Fauna da Fauna Circus, in tour sia a livello internazionale per 4 anni.
Il coaching degli appassionati di acrobazia è sempre stata la passione più forte di Dan nella sua carriera.

In these Handbalancing & Acrobatics workshops you will learn Dan’s specific approach towards training.
He offer a combination of traditional Russian Handbalancing techniques as well as a variety of dynamic and unique
acrobatic movements.
Dan’s goal in these workshops is to clean your basics, iron out
any bad habits that you may have and generally increase your technical level in
Handbalancing and Acrobatics. By the end of the class you will better understand the fundamental mechanics of how the Handbalancing technique works and acquire a
range of new acrobatic movements for your own development.

When signing up you will have a choice between selecting the beginner class or the intermediate – advanced class. Its often quite difficult to position yourself to a specific level so here are a few requirements for each.
BEGINNER
This class is aimed between people who have never balanced on there hands before or had any acrobatic experience. Ranging up to people who can hold a 15 second freestanding handstand and have been trained in basic tumbling movements such as rolls and cartwheels.
INTERMEDIATE – ADVANCED
This class is aimed between people who can hold a 20 second freestanding handstand, who can cartwheel, roundoff and roll with confidence. Up to people who can comfortably balance on one arm and somersault with twists.

Dan began his training at Bristol’s circus school Circomedia in 2008 for 2 years, he then furthered his education for another 3 years in the circus Bachelor program in Stockholm, DOCH in 2011.
He went on to perform in 2 separate award winning shows, A Simple Space by Gravity and Other Myths and Fauna
by Fauna Circus, touring both internationally for 4 years.
Coaching acrobatic enthusiasts has always been Dan’s strongest passion in his career. Running group workshops,private classes, online training courses and much more.
